Processing Time

Pelayo Flora processes and ships orders within 1–3 business days of purchase confirmation.

Shipping Locations

We ship to all U.S. states where hemp-derived products are legal.

Due to varying state and local regulations, we cannot ship to certain locations. Our checkout system will automatically restrict shipping to addresses in states where hemp-derived THCA products are prohibited.

If your state is not available at checkout, it means we are currently unable to ship to your location due to legal restrictions.

Shipping Costs

  • Free standard shipping on all orders over $50
  • Orders under $50 will have shipping costs calculated at checkout based on weight and destination

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on location and carrier. Typical delivery ranges from 3–7 business days after shipment.

We primarily ship via USPS and UPS. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Restrictions

All products sold by Pelayo Flora are federally legal hemp-derived products compliant with the 2018 Farm Bill. However, some states and localities have additional restrictions on hemp-derived THCA products.

Orders may be canceled if we determine the destination does not permit hemp-derived products or if shipping restrictions apply.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Pelayo Flora is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at info@pelayoflora.com and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional shipping fees for re-delivery.
