All Sales Final
Due to the nature of hemp products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@pelayoflora.com.
Please include the following in your email:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue, including:
- Product condition
- Packaging damage (if applicable)
- Shipping label
Resolution Process
We will review your claim and respond within 2 business days.
Approved claims may be eligible for:
- A replacement product, or
- Store credit at our discretion
Store credit does not expire and can be used on any future purchase.
Non-Refundable Items
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned
